A Sacred Commission Renewed
Bringing the Nephite Record to the House of Joseph
The Promise to the Lamanites
The Book of Mormon is clear: the Gentiles have been given a divine mandate to bring the fullness of the Gospel to the “remnant”—the indigenous tribes of the Americas. These people are the descendants of the Lamanites, heirs to a covenant that God has not forgotten.
A Mandate Marginalized
While the Utah-based LDS Church has focused its immense resources on global corporate expansion and the construction of vast worldly holdings, the primary mission—the restoration of the House of Joseph in the Americas—has been largely sidelined. The original purpose for which the Record of Mormon was brought forth remains unfulfilled by those centered in Salt Lake City.
Restoring the Original Focus
The Church of Jesus Christ, headquartered in Monongahela, Pennsylvania, remains one of the few restoration churches today that is actively fulfilling this prophecy. We have remained dedicated to the original vision preserved through Sidney Rigdon.
Our brothers and sisters are currently on the ground in North, Central, and South America, delivering the Book of Mormon to the indigenous people to whom it rightfully belongs.
The Million Dollar Campaign
In April 2025, President Joel Gehly announced a sacred fundraising effort to publish and distribute the Book of Mormon to the descendants of Lehi throughout the Americas.
